That's one of the most powerful, wonderful changes I've seen on SP. Really fantastic! So happy for you!!!

I've recently noticed that my hips don't complain when I start out on a walk. I love those body changes that happens as we continue on the path to good fitness.

Yay, you! Happy walking!

Walking today, I realized that my hips were looser and I was walking with ease. I wouldn't go so far as to call it graceful, but walking has become much easier, and THAT is progress! A month ago I wouldn't go walking without my collapsible cane tucked into my backpack. Sometimes I had to use it in the first 1/4 mile, sometimes not at all. I have been visiting my chiropractor, doing yoga and walking. I have lost 5 lbs. and don't even bring my cane along at all on my evening walks! I feel free!

Nothing ever changes if nothing ever changes.
