Thanks everyone! Progress varies by the day, but I'm thinking about reviving my gym membership so I can have the added motivation of doing those ten minutes surrounded by others working on their goals too.

I feel hopelessly weenie bragging about this, but it's a breakthrough to me. I was doing pulmonary rehab today and she pushed me further than I thought I could go. Thirteen whole minutes on the stationary bike!
This is only my second appointment with them as I await a diagnosis on a mystery illness. Last week they tried to take me on a six-minute stroll and I begged off after three minutes. I was true to my word to walk every day as long as could (averaging about five minutes a day) and it clearly paid off. So thirteen minutes really is a big deal.
