Wow, congrats!! Getting to goal weight is awesome! I know it's not always easy to lose weight or exercise when you have chronic illness so WTG!!

Good idea also to talk it over with your doc to see what will be best for you. emoticon

Hi guys! emoticon

Great news!

I just weighed in at 130 lbs. I started off at 186 lbs. It may not seem a lot for some of you, but it was the hardest thing I've ever done. I have chronic illness, sever pain a lot and have a hard time exercising every day. But I actually did it!

I have a question for my doctor on Monday. Should I continue to drop down 10 lbs and would I be healthier. That used to be my normal weight before I became chronically ill. I have a lot of things to discuss with my doc, such as what if I get sick and lose more weight when I'm at my lowest normal weight. Is it wise? Also, Is being thinner, like that healthier for me for me, in particular. There is a theory the less you eat and the thinner you are (Not anorexic! Lol) the healthier you will be and the longer you will live. I need to do more strength training so I know I probably gain some due to muscle mass. Maybe 125 with more muscle mass is more reasonable so say.

Anyway, I am happier than a pig in the pen! LOL

Thanks for reading emoticon emoticon
