Look back at the last few days and try to see if there is anything that might of triggered the panic. If not then I suggest looking at some of the meditation articles. The goal of meditation is not to dig deep into the issue but simply how to de-escalate the emotions so that you can function.
I agree with others however that if you feel it is worsening or feel it may be related to a medical issue then it is time to see you doc. emoticon

"Have lost down to abt 69 lbs or less now. I am having a panic attack now and have not found the way to fight these things. As I said you are a success story to me with the progress you have made tho I know you still struggle with it.My family is tired of my lack of progress."

Why is your family tired of your lack of progress ? It seems to me that losing 69 pounds is fantastic progress ! If the rest of your post is correct, you're 81 years old. You will not lose weight at the same rate as someone 20, 30 or 50 years younger than you.

As an older person, you do face many challenges. If anything your family should be supporting you instead of feeling tired because of your lack of progress.

You take things one day at a time. Don't feel that you have to do everything at once or you will end up feeling frustrated. You've made it this far in your journey, you must be doing something right.
