I am not a fan of juicing in any way. It won't speed up weight-loss ... well not necessarily in a healthy way. It isn't so bad if you add a lot of veges to the mix, but if it is just fruits, you are likely to find the calories and over-all sugar consumption are a lot higher than if you just ate the fruit in it's natural form. In the latter form it is more filling, too.
There is no fast way to release weight. Losing weight is a slow steady process that takes time. I understand that you're in a panic and want to lose as quickly as possible, but did you gain the weight overnight ? Probably not. It probably took you years to pack on the weight. What no one wants to face is that fact that it could take years to take off the weight.
Juice fasts are a short term fix. Do you plan on living on a juice plan or just long enough to lose 50kg (100 lbs) ? Do you know what I learned from my own years of yo yo dieting, the faster you take the weight off, the faster it packs back on.
Do you remember when Oprah Winfrey lost 67 pounds on a liquid diet ? She was on a medically supervised liquid diet. She had a chef, dietitian, doctors and every other professional you could think of, supporting her. She lost that weight fast. And what happened ? She gained it all back, plus extra.
What's the rush ? Why do you need to lose the weight so quickly right now ? Why not take your time ? If you take the weight off too fast, you know what else happens ? You get sagging skin ! Which can be removed if you're willing to pay for cosmetic surgery.
Why not slow down. Taking the weight off slowly means you have time to learn how to eat right and exercise. Do you want to end up like Oprah Winfrey and every other person who went on a fad diet ? Lose the weight only to regain it back with extra ?
Juicing is not the answer. Learning to eat right, watch your portions and get some regular exercise is what helps take the weight off and keep it off.
Do you know what helped me lose the weight ? Learning to eat 6-9 servings of fresh fruit and veggies each and every day. It could help you too.
I'm not ready to become a juicer--sorry. Hopefully, you will hear from other members who have or are giving juicing a try. But, I wanted to share a couple things with you.
First, I hope you are talking about adding fresh juicing to your meal plan and not switching to a juice-only deal. I'm not sure what you mean by "fast" so that is why I mention this. You still want to be sure you are eating (or drinking) enough nutrients to keep you healthy. So be careful not to use juicing as a way to drastically reduce your calorie intake.
