I have the app, but find that the website has more options. I've been able to create exercise groupings and add them to my tracker online. They show up in the app. Hope this helps!

Another option would be to add strength training like you add your cardio on the fitness tracker.

I don't use the ap, but if you use the website and look under "My Trackers", in the "Reports" section under "Fitness Reports" you can choose "Strength Training Over Time" or "Cardio Report Over Time".

These are standard reports available to non-Premium members, so you should have no problem accessing them.

"Science is not about building a body of known 'facts'. It is a method for asking awkward questions and subjecting them to a reality-check, thus avoiding the human tendency to believe whatever makes us feel good."

Hi, Mango !

I'm not sure if the fitness software is able to do that. Do you use the Spark APP ? The reports on the APP "might" do this, but I'm not sure. I checked my fitness settings and there doesn't seem to be an option.

There is a note in the fitness section that says if you were to upgrade to the Spark Premium membership, there would be more options for reports. You'll have to read more about the premium membership benefits.

I would suggest asking this question in the tech forum.

Hi I am in a challenge group where we track stregth training minutes and cardio minutes. Is there a report that will list that without me goign into each day and adding them up manually. I see a report where it converts it to calories lost but thta does not help! Any help will be appreciated.

If you don't sacrifice for what you want; what you want becomes the sacrifice.

Started 4/13/18 on Medifast plan. I can do this one day at a time!
