Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I also found tracking food very hard because I don't like a lot of different food. But I am able to track what I do eat and real quick now. I added into my favorites and groups all of the food that I do eat. Now I just go in and make my menu for the day. I like a lot of Sandwiches So I have groups for each kind of sandwich that I eat. My breakfast foods are all in groups. It took time to do this of course but if you add the items in each time you do a meal that you know you will do again, it becomes easier each day. When I try something new that I know I will eat again I add it to my favorites or the group. It use to take me about an hour a day to do my tracking, now it takes about 10 mins. I use the pie chart at the bottom and watch the calories to make sure I stay within my healthy eating range.
