Goals: Bring my blood sugar below 6.5; make it a habit to exercise/move/play at least 15 minutes per day working up to 45 minutes; increase my strength, flexibility and mobility to AVOID back surgery & again ENJOY life; learn to love my body as it is, kick the old baggage out the door, and LIVE while I still can!
I am continuing to keep moving even though my knees are full of arthritis. I don't let that stop me. I move slower, but it's better than stop.
I am a born again Christian and I love the Lord with all my heart. He has changed my life so I now live with more peace and contentment. I no longer desire to have what some of my friends have , but know God knows my needs and I am so grateful that He has given me my needs and not my wants.
