These are my top 3 that I could think of in the moment:

1. create a grocery shopping list so you don’t have to make decisions and exercise will power as much when you are in the store shopping
2. don’t stock treat foods in your kitchen. If you have to make a special trip for ice cream (for example) you will probably indulge in it less often
3. make sure that you have plenty of good food available so you don’t go hungry. It is harder to make good nutrition decisions if you are too calorie deprived

I don't necessarily have 3 but I do know when I am choosing healthy, whole foods I feel so much better physically and mentally.
