I just deployed to afghanistan so it's difficult to be happy. It's so hard to be so far away from friends and family. Living conditions aren't too bad but it's realy dirty here and the air quality is so bad, we get 10% disability just for being here. One of our posts is right next to the burn pit so whenever the wind shifts, we get burning debris in our faces. My goal is to tone up and lose fat while I'm here but motivation is hard to find. Does anyone have any tips?
