My name is Ken. I was a member before and had lost a lot of weight but have gained it back.
I have been eating clean for a few days and want to get back to the gym, but am looking for an accountability partner to help. I have tried to lose and get back to the motivated person that I was (lost 100lbs in 8 months without starving - only ate very clean .. frequent excersise), but every time I tried I fell off. A lot of it had to do with a huge emotional burden that is off of my shoulders now. I feel that I can do it now. The only limitation is that I have a very bad back. It hurts so bad that I can walk places and such, but hurts all of the time. I have been diagnosed with advanced degenerative disk disease in the lower back. No excuse .. Still can try to do laps in the pool and light lifting. I just think that I need help - a partner- for us to both lose weight, eat clean, hit the gym. Whatever matches. Or just somebody to keep me going .
