I guess a lot of it depends on what you like to do for exercise. I know the faster twmpo music works better for high paced activities like running but something a bit slower works for calmer activities like yoga. I agree with the Spotify suggestion. A coach for one of my run clubs uses a Spotify running playlist that is a lot of fun.
Hi guys, I love music and am looking for some ideas to freshen up my workout playlist to keep me motivated as I love my music cranked up when I work out. Any favourites of yours would be muchly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
