Since I am no longer on the blood pressure medicine that put weight back on me that took so long to get off...……...I am now giving this whole diet/exercising thing a try again. My blood pressure kept dropping to low so Dr told me to stop it. Haven't a clue why it suddenly was dropping low again. Got a look at myself on a video and I can't believe how fat I am!! It makes me want to cry. My sister kept telling me I was fat and frumpy and she was right. Now lets see how much weight I can get off of me this time and here is hoping no new medicine that causes weight gain. Stupid pills are the reason I am this fat to begin with.
