What I want to lose,is the fear of failing.I'm doing so well with my"health overhaul",but that fear keeps following me around.Maybe that's a good thing,I don't know.

For me food IS medicine and with optimal choices you may free yourself from any need of medication.

Welcome back! Just make small changes over time and you will get there. You don't have to change everything right away. Weight loss is more sustainable when you make a few changes at a time and get used to those habits, then add on more. You've got this!

Since I am no longer on the blood pressure medicine that put weight back on me that took so long to get off...……...I am now giving this whole diet/exercising thing a try again. My blood pressure kept dropping to low so Dr told me to stop it. Haven't a clue why it suddenly was dropping low again. Got a look at myself on a video and I can't believe how fat I am!! It makes me want to cry. My sister kept telling me I was fat and frumpy and she was right.
Now lets see how much weight I can get off of me this time and here is hoping no new medicine that causes weight gain. Stupid pills are the reason I am this fat to begin with.
