I'm 35 with a full time career and 3 small kids at home who are in many activities. My favorite exercise is running and I'm about to start training for another half marathon. My downfall is that exercise has not been consistent for the past 2 years and my nutrition has been poor. I'm currently 142lbs, but hoping to reach 120lbs if that's ever possible. :)
Hi, I need an accountability friend. Hoping to maybe message a couple times a week and just help each other stay on track. If it's helpful, I enjoy doing cardio, jogging, weight training, pilates, and strengthening.
