My son showed up on Tuesday and left Friday mo9rning. That as cool. We went to Lake Havasu on Thursday. We did a lot of eating out and my WI was the same. Mya started volunteering at an animal rescue Friday. Mya is in the Christmas Choir on Christmas Eve.

Took Mya to the dr. She'll be starting PT in a couple of weeks.

My phone has data. I can use the data to do my banking- facebook-messenger I already us my phone for those things. I use my computer for Sparkpeople because it is too hard to do on the phone. Anything you access over the internet I can access on my phone. I can also search for any merchandise I want- or info- I have google on my phone.

I took Mya's dog for a walk. I've ben trying to get Mya to walk with her but they are gone only 2-5 minutes. I think she only walks her to the mailbox. Her dog has never been taught how to walk on a leash.

I'm thinking of shutting down my internet. That would save me money. I think it is due around the 27 or 28th. Since it is only you and I we could communicate through messenger everyday. We could list our goals-and check in daily to keep each other motivated. I'm not sure but we could prob. send each other images- We would still have to be accountable to each other. What do you think.

I was really dreading doing the lunges. They are so hard for me. Today they weren't hard to do but I was out of breath by the time I was done.

Mya's party started off bad. She invited 15 people and only 3 showed up. Made her sad. But They had a good time and it turned out ok. She was a happy camper. Plus there were 4 girls that had planned to stay the night after the party and none of them showed up. But at least she had a good time...

Regarding our list. I checked off the first 2 days. Should we scroll down and keep checking it off or just state we completed that day?

Dec 1st... 24 Jumping jacks
Dec.2nd 23 pushups
Dec. 3rd 22 step-ups (per foot)
Dec 4th 21 side bends (that's per side)

That should get us started..

Oh! I think I get it. At first I thought you meant make a calendar with something to do everyday but I noticed you decrease by one each day. Do you want to make the calendar? To make it easy you can list the days from the first - 24 instead of drawing a whole calendar.

I have running around to do.

Went for a walk along the river and it is very calming. I am going to the beach and catching up with coffee and friends at the beach house when everyone is finished work.

No i think leave it as it is or we can make a challenge calender instead of an advent one for christmas countdown.

EG 1st Dec 24 jumping jacks, 2nd 23 pushups. that sounds fun.

good morning I have been lazy this week so i am off for my morning walk and gym this afternoon.
I am thinking of joining back up with BLC for next year, to start pushing myself more and motivating myself. Registration opens on the 1st December if you want to do it as well.

I feel like that before the workout too! I loved ur pic..

This is going to be a very busy weekend. We have thanksgiving. Friday I'm taking my mom out to dinner to the Prime Rib Room in Laughlin for her bday. Saturday my GD is having her bday party here. And then Sunday we have church @ 9am, GD has choir practice @ 2:30, and then she has youth group @ 6pm. our weekend will end around 8pm Sunday.
It's 6:30 am and I already have a load of clothes in the washer. I'll be busy today getting ready for the weekend!!

I will try to stay on top of my exercise and keep checking in. If I disappear I will at least message u!

U don't have to celebrate Thanksgiving to have a Thanksgiving! So Have a great day and cook a turkey..

What am I thankful for??? I am thankful for God providing me with the ability to celebrate holidays. When I think about how many people who don't have anything including a roof over their head and no one to be with... make me cry... I am so thankful that I am so blessed. And I pray that God will bless all the people in the world. And I pray that we all can live in this world together in peace.

I seen the clips you put on FB. We Have a race track in Phx I never could see but I could here them.
Lake Havasu use to have the World Outboard Boat Races. Those I've seen. I don't think they do them anymore. It use to be about this time of year.
Mya will be 16.
She didn't go for a walk with me again. I think I will stat with the exercises the dr gave me a few years ago. That should help strengthen my lower back. I'm getting really bad. I can't make it from the church parking lot to the classroom without being out of breath.
I also lost weight on weigh in.
17000 that's a lot of steps. When I was in San Diego I did a lot of walking and it seemed easier than it does here. I don't get it.
Anyhow I am going to try to get busy right away and do some exercise.

the car racing was amazing. I am so glad i went, i am a little red and my legs are sore from all the walking we did as I walked instead of catching the bus there and back so I ended up doing over 17000 steps not bad for a fun day out.

Ronda We will leave it the same for this year as it is nearly over. I went to the gym yesterday and i am so sore. I bought this book called gym buddy with 12 weeks of programs, it is really an amazing book.

I miss Paula too but there's nothing we can do. I have tried everything so it is now up too her.

Fireproof sounds good, i want to watch last Christmas and a few others as there is some really good adult movies out.

How old will Mya be next week? I am off to go watch the car race in Newcastle so i talk again.

Good morning. It's Saturday, Yesterday I went grocery shopping and hung up some more decorations for Mya's party. One week from today. We have lights to hang up. Mya and I are suppose to go for a walk this morning. At least that is what she said last night.

I miss Paula! It was always nice to hear from her.

No my tree is fine. It was my evergreen. But my mom's bumper screamed ouch! LOL Teach her to pick on my tree. Still don't know how she hit it. It's probably 4' wide. and she has a back up camera. At least she didn't hurt herself.

Good Morning.

Yes, Mya wants to be a vet. She wants to work with animals.

Yesterday one of her teachers announce to the whole class that he witnessed Mya's baptism. She said at first she felt a little embarrassed but then she thought how proud she was.

Parking further away is a good idea. I use to do a lot of things to help. SP call it NEAT. I'm having a hard time walking. My hip and heels yesterday were really bad. Today my heels hurt. When I was in San Diego I spent over $300 on new shoes because I wanted to be able to walk SeaWorld. And they helped but not anymore. I'm kind of in a catch 22 situation I need to lose weight so my feet don't hurt but I need to walk to lose weight.

Yesterday I went shopping again. I ordered Mya's bday cake... Found sparklers for the cake.

Today my mom has to take her car in (she hit my tree the other day). The dogs have bath appointments but I am having 2nd thoughts. It's suppose to storm today, tomorrow, and the day after. I don't want to get my doggie sick.

I really need to get unlazy! At least going shopping makes me walk.

Good morning.

Yesterday Mya got baptized, we went out to lunch, went shopping, and totally forgot she needed to be at school at 12330. Didn't remember until 330. She missed training with the Vet. They learned how to give animals injections. This week she has training after school everyday and FFA competition on Thurs.

It's still dark out. I'm going to (try) to at least walk the dog. Going to shoot for at least 12 min. I'll let you know how that goes.

Mya is getting baptized today. Yesterday we picked up her piano. No w need to get it tuned.

WI time and drum roll I have lost some more weight. I am now 87.8 or 193.5 so i have gone down again.

I went to my SIL 60th yesterday and had a great day catching up to people and then went for a walk with hubby.

So my weekend is going good. We bought a new TV as well and that comes tomorrow. I am spring cleaning today so my house will smell nice and fresh as it is a cooler day so i am going to enjoy the coolness.

It's still dark out. Used to be daylight by now. The days are getting shorter... Usually I sleep more in winter because of the shorter lonely days but this year I have Mya here, will see if that makes a difference.

The last few days it's been warm out (sometimes breezy)

Anne I completely agree. It shouldn't matter what church you belong too. We are suppose to be one church one God . All I did was start going to another church-- I didn't change God.

I'm on my computer this morning.

I went for a nice walk before going to work yesterday, i enjoy my morning walk as it is cool and not many people around.

Ronda you may have to start walking the dogs alone until Mya starts getting motivated again.

Ronda I just read your post about Kings cupboard. That really is not fair that you cannot work there anymore. At the end of the day does it really matter what church you go to?

I haven't been doing fitness minutes. I keep trying to get motivated but my whole system is out of whack. So I'm working on small victories. I want to get mya to walk with me everyday after school but that hasn't happened yet. She needs to start walking her dog after school. But she complains she is too tired. I feel she doesn't want to do it.

Have a great day. I need to figure out how to hook my phone up to this laptop. I miss using pictures... .

ok Pod it is time we get moving again, we are posting but no minutes are going up so even if you do 10 minutes just down the corner of the street or youtube it is time to stop putting it off.

Paula we need you to make our 3 peas so get back here. We all have our bad days but come out and enjoy and celebrate how far we have come as a group.

I am thankful that i am not in the fire zone that we are having over here, there is bushfires everywhere but i am lucky so far. We live near a bush that seems to like the fires but so far this season we have been very lucky.

Good morning.

Sorry I didn't stop in yesterday. Yesterday morning took thea down for the last of her puppy shots. All done for a year.

Do you think we can get Paula back?

I've been using my laptop and I don't have pictures on it. My computer runs so slow it's frustrating to use. I hate updates. Every time I turn it on there is an update and it makes my computer worse. Even trying to type on it is a bear...

Good morning!!
I lost 4lbs!!

I went camping Friday night. We had a good time. I tripped over the curb---Mya had to help me up!!! Yesterday I was so sick so we came home early. I slept all day on couch. Feel better this morning..

Anne we need to reach out to Paula. Her peapod message gave the impression she thinks this thread is over. I notice her last post is Nov. 4- that's a week ago.

When I'm away from home the messenger is easier for me to say hi to u 2 because this I. have to do on my computer.

By the way I've been exercising the brain so that doesn't count as fitness minutes. I'm trying to get my granddaughter to walk with me everyday when she gets home from school but that hasn't worked yet. I guess I'm being lazy and lonely. I don't feel like walking by myself and my dogs getting mad at me. Plus I haven't been feeling that good either. Maybe I'm just getting depressed I don't know.

Good morning.
I live in Arizona and we do not have daylight savings time here. And I agree this is the most stupidest thing. What good does it do you to move your clock ahead an hour and still be daylight at 10 at night.

Paula I looked up your time today and you have the same time as I. I could have sworn you were ahead of us.

Yeah and I figured you didn't have Thanksgiving there since you didn't have pilgrims and Indians getting along for that year. But I like the new twist on it my being for the whole month for the things in your life and not reflection at all on the pilgrims. I think it's good to stop and think about what all we have.

I wanted to post a picture here but I'm using my phone right now and I don't know how to get the picture on here. It just gives me add an emotion or at a link. Nothing about a picture. So Paula you need to either go check out Facebook or go on messenger and see the picture I wanted to share with you. Yesterday I went to bullhead and then I went down to Willow Beach, az and I seen a herd a bighorn sheep.

The weather here has also been warming up. I'm in the 70s now and it's getting warmer. Says tomorrow is supposed to be 77. So I'm almost to 80. And the place I want to go camping at is warmer so that should be perfect.

I went for a short bike ride yesterday to get the feeling of being back on my bike which i am going to do everyday now and then a walk.

Paula yes we do have daylight savings and it gives us more time for walking and things like that so i like it.

The sun is shsinning finally today. I got out and walked twice because it makes me so happy to see the sun.

I am also wondering Anne, do you change the time in Australia? We call it Daylight Savings Time? It makes NO SENSE to me. I feel a little out of sorts when we change the time. It is worse in the Spring when we lose an hour. The fall time change is not as bad because we gain an hour. I still feel funny.

My girlfriend told me there is a website where we can complain about the change and try to hedlp stop it. My plan is to lodge a compalint today.

Also did NOT weigh-in.

I am finding myself wanting to do other things. Other than Spark People?? emoticon

Good Morning.

Hope everyone is doing great!!

This month is Thanksgiving. So I have an idea... Every morning write what you are thankful for. You don't have to post it if you want... And at the end of the day write down 3 things you were thankful that day.. Again u don't have to post it. If u want put it in a note book.

Anne I don't think u have thanksgiving but u can do this too. Maybe if we focus on what we are thankful for everyday we will feel joy in our hearts. That's not saying we already don't but more joy can't hurt!!

What do u think??

Went shopping yesterday and parked my car away from the shops so i had to walk there and back so i got my exercise in and then today i went to the gym and used my new book with all the different exercises in it.

WI Sunday i stayed the same as last week so that is ok.
