Congrats on staying on doing so well! You are doing great. I think it is really important that you keep doing this at your pace. It doesn't matter when anyone else was ready to start more changes; it matters that you do it when you are ready. It sounds like you know your self pretty well and are working hard to not repeat issues of the past. It takes a while to develop new habits so you should keep going with your current focus for a while longer. Remember, this is a lifestyle change you are working on, it's not a short-term diet.
Hello! I have been on Spark a week now, focusing on my daily water and veggie intake and at least 15 mins exercise a day. So far I have been doing great! Usually I fall off the horse after day 2.. Now its week 2... and I need to keep going. I don't want to change anything yet, just wanna stick to the water/ veggie and 15 min exercise a day thing. When were you guys ready to start adding on more challenges and changes? I don't want to take on too much at once and fail, as that has been my pattern in the past.
