woke up a little tight so did some yoga in the morning before work to loosen everything up!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Re-start: 1/2/18, -10 met 1/30, - 20 met 3/27, -25 met 4/18, -30 met 7/4
Next goal: -35 by 8/15

Calories are king and I use the trackers faithfully and stay within my limits on calories always and fitness most days.
