I have set two long-term goals and many interim goals. My first long-term goal (set in February) is to get to 182 pounds. This is the least I have ever weighed as an adult. I reached some interim goals and am 2 pounds to the next one - getting out of the 190's. My second long-term goal is weighing 164. This was my weight when I got my driver's license. It might seem random, but getting my license was a major accomplishment in my life. So it seemed reasonable to link another major accomplishment to the same point. Wish me luck, consistency, and focus.
