We all know water is good for us. But like the majority of us, I never drank it.
Instead I Was a part of the Pepsi generation. I drank easily 6-8 cans a day.
I'm a member on the 5% challenge. Every new season we start off drinking water. Why? Its the best drink for us. When we switch away soda and sweetened drinks(coffee included) our bodies notice it immediately
It was that when drink water it helps with wrinkles!! It also aids digestion that I KNEW I needed to do this. Plus it helps my 5% team, the Dawg team.
I did what I term a step down stage
1) Switched to diet. Thought I'd lose every meal id ever eaten!! Once used to that, to diet orange and rootbeer sodas. To diet sierra mist to sparkling water
From there drinking water got a lot easier.
