Hello everyone. Welcome to the June Step it up challenge. Its summer time. Its time to really step it up now. Every year I title our summer challenge the Summer Slim down Boot camp Challenge. In this months challenge we are going to do 3 major things.

1. Walk- We will be walking 3 miles a day 4 days/nights a week. We will be keeping track of our miles all month long.

2. Eat better- We will be working on eating better. Each week we will work on eating healthy breakfasts, healthy lunches, and healthy dinners. So here how is we will do this. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Week 1: Each morning eat a healthy breakfast.
Week 2: Each afternoon eat a healthy lunch.
Week 3: Each night eat a healthy dinner.
Week 4: All day long eat healthy meals.

3. Drink more water- Each day we will focus on drinking more water. Set a water goal for yourself and log in your total water intake each day. I will be creating a water challenge and miles challenge. You must take part in both these challenges that I will post soon.

So that is what we are going to do for part one of our annual summer slim down boot camp challenge. If you have any questions at anytime please let me know. Remember to keep track of your miles all month long. The person who walks the most miles by the end of the year will win the title of the ultimate stepper.
