If you sift through the Spark Teams, you may find some that are active and meet your needs better than a one on one situation. Even posting to these message boards daily with questions and observations will get you a lot of support. I'm not a big fan of one on one due to the kind of dependency that can develop and how the failure of one or the other of the partnership can spell failure for both. I lost about 60 pounds over two years, and have recently gained back about 35 over 5 or 6 months. I'm looking for a weight loss partner who'd like to talk daily for just a few minutes and keep each other accountable, motivated, and give advice, etc. I'm a college student with a hectic lifestyle so someone who can relate would be really nice!
