Hi - you will find that by being active on the message boards you will get a lot of support, and make friends on the way.
Do you belong to any SparkPeople teams? If not, seek out some active ones that interest you and join them. Then there will be other members with some similar interests. Just make sure that you reach out to the members for support when you need it, and tell them what it is that you need of them. The same applies to these Community Message boards.
One of the best ways to get motivated is to start slowly with changes to your nutrition and exercise regime. It might be reducing soda/juice and replacing it with water or an herb tea, or it might be eating an extra piece or two of fruit/vege in place of cake or sweets, etc. If you aren't accustomed to exercise, start with mobilizing more in your day. with three children I am sure that you have plenty of laundry. I am on my own, but get a good walk in by putting it away one piece at a time. I do the same with my groceries LOL! The beauty of that is that it doesn't seem like work, but it also doesn't seem like exercise
Read the articles on motivation, nutrition and fitness because there is great advice from people who are qualified in those subjects.
