How much time do you want to spend on the website? Let's say it's twenty minutes a day. What are you doing for twenty minutes a day that you can cut to make room for this?

-google first. ask questions later.

I use the mobile app on my phone and log my food water, get my daily spark points soon as I wake up.
Then I log on on my computer and do the other stuff like trivia, read articles, post on the message boards etc

I second that and once you get in the habit of using the Nutrition and Fitness trackers daily just go for Spark Points in general. I try to get as many points daily as possible for the things that actually require me to do something positive such as reading an article or meeting a goal or challenge. I'm truly hooked on Spark Points now because I'm retired and have time to do it, but even when I worked I tried to hit a minimum number every month that told me I was sticking with it. Your start page gives you the number of consecutive login days you have and once you get a couple hundred it gets to be a challenge to make sure you do it every day. Good luck with your goals!

Hey Everyone!

I was curious what methods you use to keep yourself accountable daily. So far I'm enjoying sparkpeople since I joined a month ago, however I can't seem to get into the groove of visiting daily even with all of the teams and boards it has to offer. I know if I logged in daily I would be doing so much better. Any suggestions?
