Daughter in law made delicious sauce with ravioli and meatballs and pork. I don't eat much meat but would have liked the ravioli. Instead I stuck to my plan and had a nice healthy salad, broccoli, baked potato and salmon. It feels super great to eat healthy and stay on track.
