Trying hard to start again - I've been somewhat successful in the past but surgeries, unwanted move and plain meanness I've ballooned back up. I really don't want to go on meds for high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Eek.
So my goal is to loss 10 pounds by Nov 2nd and 25 pounds by my birthday in February.
And the corollary: If nothing changes, nothing changes.
