I've lost and regained 40lbs a few times! Struggling myself right now. I'm a single mom of three young kiddos (including a set of twins). I work full time (and often overtime). Food prep is incredibly difficult (caved and bought a bunch of frozen meals for myself to have and help track food intake).

Lots of moms here (and we are ALL working moms, right? Some of us just don't get paid!).
I have lost 40 pounds, and many here have lost as much... and more.

Advice:
Weigh/measure and log all you eat.
Stay within your Spark-generated calorie range.
Hydrate.

Hello! I was wondering if there are any working moms put there who have lost 40 lbs or more. Does suck a thing exist? Today is my first day on Spark. I'm the primary care giver to two small children and I work full time. Looking for motivation, advice and tips. I need to drop 52 lbs.
