There's also a plateau-busting challenge! Check it out if you want some extra motivation at that time :) You can do it!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Have you looked at joining one of the Low Carb Teams here on Spark? Some really active people for you to check in with.

Don't worry too much about hitting what you think is a plateau.... Weight loss is not linear, and I think that sometimes our bodies have to 'reset' to a "new normal". Just be patient and keep doing what you know is healthy for you. The other idea might be to re-check your recommended calorie intake for your current weight and a goal for the next 20 lbs.... If you haven't switched it up since you started, you might be eating a few more calories than you now need! (Progress!!)

I need someone to keep me in check with my low carb high fat weight loss. I have lost 18 pounds since the end of July 2017. My goal is to get down to 130 pounds. I realize now I will probably be at a plateau. I need someone to help me not give up before I get to my goal. I am pre-diabetic and am on metformin. this has helped me quite a bit. if there is someone out there that is willing to help, please get in touch through spark mail.
