I will lose the rest of my weight till i am at my goal weight. I lb a week give or take some leeway for a plateau or two. I went into detail, but I won't here. It's a fine goal, because I don't have too much left to lose and it's realistic.
The second goal I have is to learn how to draw via taking online art classes I bought some great ones from Craftsy at the end of the year sale. They were rock bottom classes and quite affordable.The site is awesome and the teachers are professional and excellent. I look forward to learning how to draw, especially because I want to illustrate my own book. I am having fun learning to draw and the classes are great!
I third goal I have is to work as much I can fit into my family and exercise schedule. I take care of my teenage grandson before and after school until my daughter comes home. I go to the gym 5 days a week. It's doable, too.
And last, but not least, I will visit, post and participate daily in my BLC forum for the entire year on SP. This is my favorite way to lose weight. The Team is called "Biggest Loser Challenge" It is not related in any way except the name to the tv show. They have multiple week challenges. You have your choice of what type of teams you want to join and it's a lot of fun. It is not for the faint hearted. I have to be dedicated and work hard in my life to achieve the team goals. It is so worth it.
Oh I forgot! I promised myself a new laptop as mine is slowly dying. Nothing expensive, but something useful for all the things I need to do online.
I set these goals to define my life for the next year. If I don't achieve my goals 100% I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm there to try my best. Whatever the outcome may be I'll be just fine with it

I did not make any resolution. I did make a goal to walk a 5k every month whether a virtual or an event. Also focusing all of 2017 on weight loss became an unhealthy obsession which did not produce results. This year I am determined to listen to my body, to only focus on how I feel, and to just take one day at a time.
