Hi guys! Im Shelli. I'm a wife and SAHM. I hit the gym every morning for 2 hours usually sometime between 5 and 8 am. I lift heavy, and I love the gym. I am hardcore in love with keto. Low carb, high fat, moderate protein. I'm kind of a lady meathead. I am also considering a path as a personal trainer/health and fitness coach. I love talking about everything health and fitness and am more than willing, if not eager, to help and give motivation or advice to anyone who wants it. I also want someone to be able to chat with about the gym, dieting, and so forth. Accountability, support, and sharing the same interest in health and fitness helps tremendously!
