Aren't you eating in a calorie range? Or does this mean you've eaten ALL calories in your range?

If you have ANY calories left in your range, I recommend a small, healthy snack when you get home. I think your body going from 3 p.m. to the next morning is a long time without nutrition.

Make sure you're getting plenty of water too ...

I ate all my calories for the day by 3:00 pm and I still have to teach two yoga classes tonight so I’ll be out late. I know when I get home I’ll want to eat but won’t need to. Any motivational words or quotes to get me right to bed when I get home without gong over my calorie limit?
