Unfortunately, there isn't a clear answer to your question as every body is different. Some people see some changes sooner than others, but no matter when you might see changes, do your best to keep working towards your healthy habits. Aside from the scale, I would also recommend taking measurements, noticing how your clothes fit, how your fitness improves, etc. Those are all good ways to monitor your progress and every little bit will add up to big changes.

Hi I am new here:) I just started my a diet and daily routine exercises. I know that it will be a long trip to get an obvious change at current weight. If you know could you please inform me, when can i observe an obvious change on my body. So i can motivate myself to be patient. Many thanks. Cafer
