As of 11:20 MST, game challenge completed.

Manderin and Apple for fruit.
7414 steps, 3.1 miles, 61 minutes. Logged.
2 cups of coffee and 4 cups of water.

Thirst can be mistaken for hunger.
You cannot outrun the fork.
The journey never ends.
Exercise is medicine.
Move to Improve.

For the next four days, I will do the following BEFORE NOON - drink 6 glasses of water, get 5,000 steps and include two servings of fruit and/or vegetable in my diet. Anyone care to join me?

I need motivation - and support. I am hoping to jump start myself with these easily attainable steps in the hopes that good behaviors will follow throughout the day.
