Yes - you can! Just keep it light an lean and you're good! Go to town with some veggies and a small portion of lean protein - you'd be surprised how much food you can get in for 300 calories. And maybe wind up your evening with some no-calorie tea (at least that works for me when I'm looking for something in the evening, but don't really have the calories left).
Time for peppers, cucumbers, celery, carrots and whipped cream cheese with spices or vinegar. Three hundred calories will buy you a lot of those. Maybe even a couple pretzel sticks or an ounce of cheese..... and yes, you *can*! Never, Ever Quit!
