Are ;you talking pounds or kg's? If you are talking pounds, it is likely that you don't need to lose any weight and your body is happy where it is.

Do you weigh all of your food for increased accuracy and enter everything into your Nutrition Tracker? Including all drinks, and including any alcoholic beverages?

If you are talking about kg's, then it is possible that you need to have a close look at what and how much you are eating, and also the exercise you are doing, altho' exercise is only a small part of weight-loss.

Ideal rates of loss for people with little weight to lose are something like 1/4 to 1/2 lb per week. So, over the course of a month, you lost roughly .3 lbs per week, which is right in the middle of where you should be. When you have so little to lose you end up eating right beside your maintenance calories, so it does take time for you to see results on the scale.

-google first. ask questions later.

I love that you mentioned water. I drink a gallon of water every day, I have done so for the last seven weeks, but I also have been losing super slowly. Just keep trucking I guess! On to the next battle.

I find when I am hitting slumps I am not drinking enough water. What works for me is half my weight in pounds tell me the number of ounces of water a day I need. Starting early in the day and drinking it every two hours ending around 3-4 pm is best...otherwise I am up all night running to the bathroom and it messes up my sleep

it could be so many things! was this the beginning of your journey? it takes time for your body to adjust to new exercise and eating patterns. are you eating within your range? do your workout goals in here realistically reflect what you do? it could be that you're not eating enough, too.

did you take measurements? are your clothes fitting differently? how's your energy level through the day? do you feel stronger? think about what progress you can track that's not related to the scale.

please remember that healthy choices make for healthy changes, even if they don't show on the scale. stick with it!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

I understand how you feel. How tall are you? Those are low numbers and unless you are short, like me, you may be in a low weight range already? I am trying to loose weight now myself. I have lost weight after having children twice very successfully, dropping thirty pounds both times (ten years between). Now I need to lose weight again and I am doing the same things as before but barely losing weight. In fact, the scale didn't budge this week in spite of my eating between 980-1100 calories a day. According to my tracker I should have lost at least a pound by my deficit. I never eat my exercise calories back either. I am very frustrated, but I'm not going to give up. I am very determined. At some point, this has to work!
