There is no such thing as the final success in life. What is really meaningful is the courage to face the next minute, the next hour, the next day.

Over the next 12 weeks is taking my exercise from ~2-3x a week to consistently 5-6x/week (min of 20 min/day).

Keep tracking my food a min of 5 days/week.

My goals for the next twelve weeks are:

To eat 3 vegetables or fruits a day. Give up all soda.
Do at least 5 Cardio routines a week and 4 strength Training workouts a week.

I am recording the results daily in a notebook, with notes on how I feel for the day also.
