You've got some great advice so far! One thing that might help you is to ask your doctor to be referred to a nutritionist or dietician to help you plan a healthy diet for you. If that's not possible, you might be interested in the DASH Diet. It's very healthy! The guidelines are clear, so if you follow them you should be fine.

DASH Diet: What To Know

Do you know how to figure out your calorie needs?

Once you know your current daily calorie needs, you can subtract about 500 calories from that, to help you lose weight.

Good luck! You can do it. It's mostly about building healthy habits that you can stick with. It takes a lot of practice.

You are dealing with some issues! I am sorry to hear that.

Are you seeking professional help for your depression and disassociative identity disorder? We can be supportive and such here on SP but we can't offer medical support.

Above is link to writing a contract with yourself. The concept is that if you make a contract with someone you are resolute to honoring it, this definitely should apply to yourself.
When you have clearly written goals you will have a reference.

Eating whole non GMO, unprocessed food is a worthy goal to start with. Being mindful about how you fuel yourself is a rewarding way to proceed.

After tracking every morsel I ate for nine years I have ingrained tastes for healthy food in proper proportions. If I can do it, you can too!!

Best of success to you Rohan1000! emoticon
