I've learned to "kill 2 birds with 1 stone". I like to munch when at the computer. I take chewable calcium and gummie vitamins and munch on them slowly so I get my "fix" for sweet and supplements at the same time.

all I take is glucosamine, the research on vitamins is that if you eat a varied and nutritious diet your body will unlikely need them and there isn't even any conclusive evidence that many of them even work?
I take glucosamine as there is evidence this helps and was also prescribed them by my doc, 1500 mgs a day, I was also told to lose weight. lol. I went to him worried I was showing signs of developing arthritis in my knees like my mum and my late nan, its very disabling and prevents my mum living her life to the fullest now shes in her 60's. I don't want that.......... anyway what I am saying is you can get most things from your diet, just eat well and live well.
