Negative- I'm upset because my results aren't coming as expected. With sticking to my calorie intake and following the 28 Day Challenge I was sure I'd have a more dramatic weight loss but its been very slow. I know I just need to stick with it and stay motivated, but its hard after three disappointing weeks.

Laurie - I'm right there with you today. By 9:15 I'd eaten 1/2 of my goal for the day. My husband never says anything about my weight and he doesn't have a weight problem. I feel it every day, in everything I do - I feel just like you - you are not alone.

Thank you for posting. When I read so many "positive" people, it makes me feel hopeless. (But, I have positive days, too!) Seeing that I am not alone makes me feel like I can re-focus, put the failure behind and take one more small step toward consistancy.

Let's agree to stop beating ourselves up and go forward renewed in resolve.

TODAY is all we have - EACH SMALL CHOICE TODAY IS ALL THAT MATTERS.
