Staying motivated is the hardest at the moment. I have had two bouts of major surgery in the last month and am unable to exercise and have to eat a high protein diet to promote healing. I need to find exercised that will not affect my abdomen muscles, doesnt leave much lol. To all out there, good luck with you weight loss, being sick i have dropped from 205 to 196, but need to do better for my health.
I am on the fence today. I am very much affected by weather and it's kinda rainy/gloomy pout there. However, I am going to turnm on the radio loud, put on something comfy and dance my way through the house as I clean! I think my mood will turn to positive, don't you??

I am feeling very motivated. I have some minor health issues that can either get better or worse depending on what I do. If I continue to exercise and lose weight my health will improve. So it is a great source of motivation.

I'm sticking on 1400 cal, swimm 4 - 5 times a week 1 km and lost the last 3 weeks one pound. And i need too loos at minimum 40 pounds! Today i weight 400 gramm more than yesterday. (yes, i know you should only weight once a week, I'm working on that!) And I'm simply frustrated.
