I will be a renegade against any bad habits and inner criticisms that seek to derail my resolutions.
1. Get rid of the pumpkin bars in my house today (and not by eating all of them). 2. Make healthy snack option for football game at a friend's house tonight. 3. Look up Dunkin's k-cup info to see if the k-cups are as sugary as the kind you get when you go in the store. I love the pumpkin flavor but I wanna do without the sugar syrup.
