I'd say a 4/5 probably because rain and allergies are really putting a damper on things....trying hard to stay motivated and stick to my routine but my routine gets me outdoors and I can't do that today...being stuck inside makes me grumpy emoticon

4--I'm motivated but it gets tough. It's only day 5, I've lost 3 lbs, but I'm already just so tired of being hungry! I'm consistently eating over my limit, but I'm still hungry!! :(

8. I am at least motivated enough to tackle what needs to be done work wise today. Have had more energy yesterday and this morning than I've had in a while and it feels good.
