From 1-10 today, i feel like i'm a 4. It's saturday & i don't exercise on the weekends (however) i would love to surprise myself by doing it anyway. I am extremly tired today though so i guess we shall see.
I am feeling pretty good today. What went up on the scale yesterday came back down, and I contribute that to working on my evening eating habits. Also, I read an article this morning that really inspired me. I get overwhelmed by the amount of weight I want/need to lose. This article suggested setting a goal of 10% of your body weight at a time. This way I have 5 separate goals and a light at the end of an otherwise daunting tunnel. It really inspired me! Now I am going to spend the day with my beautiful nephews!

this morning when i was exercising i was like a 4 (lol), right now im like a 7 ^.^

I would have to say 3. i am starting to wind down. This always happens. after about the 3rd week I start getting tired of keeping this going. I know I am doing well, lost weight and clothes fitting better but the motivation is dwindling. I am keeping focusedbut Need to work more on it.
