I'm a 12!!! I got in my exercise despite a tight deadline at work, and I went to lunch with a food-sabotaging friend and had my healthy meal while she gorged on banana cream pie - and I don't feel deprived! A health dinner awaits!!!

I'd say I'm a 7 right now. I'm doing pretty well on my diet, but I'm having a bit of trouble adjusting to eating less food. I sort of want to binge. :P But I'm not going to! I'm doing great on my calories today and I just planned a big meal at around 350 calories. I love chicken and veggies. :D
It's raining and we've got a tornado warning today(HUHH??), so I'm feeling lazy and not wanting to exercise. I want to do a cardio video routine thing from this site today and then the butt-blasting workout that I do every other day! Then I'm sure I'll be up to an 8 or a 9. :] I always feel great after I exercise!
