I am starting tomorrow. I love the shakes, I had a few before ordering a whole bag. I’m planning on doing 2 shakes a day, 310 tea, water, 310 lemonade and a healthy dinner. Then switch it up and eat a healthy lunch then the next day a healthy breakfast. What I don’t do is eat “diet” foods. When I eat I eat less carbs but nothing I eat is diet or fake. I hit 200 pounds last week, this is the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I also sit in a chair and work from home instead of my office and I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
