If you’re “tired,” you need to systematically figure out why. Everyone does not have the same reason. Go to a doctor who really understands how active fitness, good rest & relaxation, & nutrition (“nutritional therapy”) really shape and can improve your life. Get blood tests and other health tests to see where YOUR body is at and what you may need more of. Sometimes feeling tired is linked to stress or sadness, or depression. But often even things like walking, gardening, YOGA can give you energy and joy. Best of luck! You can do this. 😊

“Motivation comes from within.” Yeah that’s a piece I’m missing.

I need to read up on the SparkPeople way of eating.

Thank you!

Motivation comes from within.
You have to figure out what you want to do, then make it a priority.

Since you came to SparkPeople, why not try it their way?

What has been most motivating for you to make major changes? I do love to walk and I walked regularly. With so many “thoughts” on how to eat ~ low carb, low fat, intermittent fasting, no dairy, no gluten, just count and lower calories, I’m at a loss there. I think I’m in need of motivation. Thank you 🙏
