In my case, I added more walking and now do intermittent fasting. I eat seven hours a day and fast for seventeen. Helped me break a long plateau. Use the trackers and get hooked on Spark Points. Most important, just never quit. Good luck!

By getting back to the basics of tracking.

I've been so busy with my job and my book that I've gone off the rails a little bit. I've gained a little weight, cannot allow that to go on. I'm trying hard to get back on track but need a little encouragement. Tell me your story about how you got back on track?
