If you are still looking, I could sure use one. I am 67 and have 48 lbs to lose. I am in good shape health-wise but my knees kill me and I know replacement is in my future. I walk 6000 steps consistently but now want to add some exercise but not sure what to do--interested?

Hi everyone. Late 50's here. Looking for an accountaility buddy or buddies. Have had a couple of knee surgeries and an injury to my leg in the last couple of years. Became very inactive and put on almost all the weight I lost. Very frustrating. But I am back at it. I was averaging about 12K steps a day. Now I average around 3K a day. Looking to get to 7K then 10K then 12K in the coming months. My Fitbit stopped synching but my Fitbit has just arrivied in the mail and is waiting for me. I can be very competitive.
