I am overnight all my live,tried all kinds of diets,need to lose 80 pounds,have a hard time. I know what to do,how to eat and exercise,but can not bring my self to finish my day,I cut back my eating at day but when I do my dishes I just stuff food in my mouth that I should not,I'm not even hungry,I really need help with that,also I hate exercise ,don't want to leave my Haus.
Also I need help with tracking my food,how do I enter what I eat? Don't know the calories,fat,or all the other stuff there want to know,I want to get really serious about it .
Can anybody fix my brain?
