Hi Beth,
My name is Pattie, I'm 66 and have 45 pounds to loose by June 2019, for the senior Olympics in New Mexico. I'm seriously active, compete in multiple sports and have over 40 gold metals to date. I also like to exercise, once again, after giving up 10 years ago, due to the death of my parents, my spouse and both my best friends in 2007, all with in a month. Joined the health club and exercise 5 days a week, 45 minutes per day. I would welcome the chance to help you and have you help me.

I have 20 pounds to lose and I'd like to continue my workout program into and through the winter. I do best with partners. I have a serious exercise habit, resistance training 3x a week, cardio 3x and yoga. I will not go gently into age.

If anyone with a health and fitness habit is interested in joining me to become accountability partners or group let me know.
