Spark people does have really good exercises for all levels of exercisers. Check out video library for some. My grandmother had an exercise ball and she would watch T.V and sit on it and do simple leg lifts. Just sitting on it improved her balance and strengthened her core.

Any Ideas for a lady with lots of knee pain (worn Knee) and the other one isn't very bright either.. I do know that walking is good but I would like something to do inside the house ..Thank you Have a lovely day everyone.x
