Pilates is a great exercise that you can do indoors. I'll also second (or third) the Leslie Sansone videos for walking indoors.

I love JessicaSmithTV on YouTube. She has a lot of exercise videos for knee issues and all have alternatives for people with issues. Plus you can do a 5 minute, a 10 minute or longer. I will do a 10-15 minute and see if I want to do more and invariably end up doing more than I planned because short workouts can add up to one long one.

I agree with the Hasfit recommendation if you need chair exercises. I'm not familiar with Pahla Brower.

There are plenty of chair exercise. I started with the seated exercise videos. Leslie Sansone doesn't seems to have any seated exercise. But Hasfit and Pahla Brower has plenty.

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right and then turn it to the left. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat.

Hi Stairways. I too have knee problems. When I started exercise I started seating down. I did that for about 3 months, now I'm standing and believe it or, because I don't, I'm even jogging.
I used videos from YouTube. The main one was Hasfit. Hasfit has a lot of seated workouts that we'll give you a good sweat. Hasfit also has videos especially for seniors. The seated ones are for obese, disabled, and seniors as well. I love Hasfit.
The other videos that I use is Pahla (no, the spelling is correct that's how she spells her name) Brower, Killer B. Now she also has seated videos. She even has a video running while IN A CHAIR. Pahla Brower has me jogging. My knees has less pain now then when I wasn't exercising at all. But I'm following my Doctor's orders.
I do Leslie Sansone, I like her pace. She's a little slower or gives you more breaks, at least to me, then Hasfit and Pahla Brower. Truthfully I love all three. There are others but theses three, Hasfit, Pahla Brower, and Leslie Sansone, are my top choices. Please let me know what you think of them.

There are lots of walking videos on YouTube. Look for Leslie Sansone and Jessica Smith.

Spark people does have really good exercises for all levels of exercisers. Check out video library for some. My grandmother had an exercise ball and she would watch T.V and sit on it and do simple leg lifts. Just sitting on it improved her balance and strengthened her core.

Any Ideas for a lady with lots of knee pain (worn Knee) and the other one isn't very bright either.. I do know that walking is good but I would like something to do inside the house ..Thank you Have a lovely day everyone.x
